June, July, August: Summer 2010
Summer itch 2010. How will we move through the quickening that summer always offers? I’m already selling ice cream at my seasonal stand at the top of the stairs at Wreck Beach. Do say hi if you are in the neighbourhood. I’m pumped with exposure these days. I was your local astrologer on the radio a while back. I’ve recently been pre taped as a guest on the TV show “The Winds of Change with Jivi”. My episode will air sometime in the next 6 weeks on KVOS, noon Saturday. I was interviewed about my life as a psychic and an energy worker. I also got to do an energy reading of the hostess Jivi Kehra and a psychic reading for a skeptic guest. At age 62 my life continues to blossom with opportunities. I’ll remind us that this is the “Year of the Tiger”. In my last column for this paper, I challenged readers with the Tiger thought “dare to be quickened”. This is a year to slip between the details and enter into the possibilities. Who’s moving and shaking? Who’s dragging their ego? Read on my friend.

Jack be nimble. Jack be quick. This is your time to jump high and well. Your strength lies in holding to your ideals, a be true to self admonishment. Find your rhythm of flow and ride the summer.
Taurus (I have) – April 20 into May 21
Winds are blowing hot and cold in dear Taurus land. Stubborn to the point of frozen. Giddy to the point of collapse, with no mid zone of awareness. Don’t take yourself too seriously.
Gemini (I think) – May 21 into June 21
Be, truly be the communicator. Link as best you can. It is the unknown that offers you the best guidance now. Expect an easing into clearer passage.
Cancer (I feel) – June 21 into July 22
Your three foes, overwhelm, overconfidence and over imagination plan on visiting you this summer. Please notice what is working. Family and connection is your safety net.
Leo (I will) – July 22 into August 23
Somehow, our bold lion is caught up in doing it the hard way this summer. Make surviving your ego the top priority. Remember your ultimate goal when you are sinking in the details.
Virgo (I analyze) – August 23 into Sept. 23
Finish up tasks at hand, and then be alert for openings. Virgo has the chance to find new answers to old issues. Watch for subtle or hidden meanings. Doubt is the corrosion on your wing nuts.
Libra (I balance) – Sept. 23 into October 23
Libra folk are the cat with the cream this summer. This is also a wake-up call. Put your skills forth without hesitation. It is your tendency to overcomplicate that may be the stumbling block.
Scorpio (I create) – Oct. 23 into November 22
You’ll walk the fine line between subterfuge and honest confusion this summer. What richness lies beneath the public mask? Share your ideas. Challenge your sense of isolation.
Sagittarius (I see) – Nov. 22 into Dec. 21
No man is an island. Expect changes outside of your control. There is a stop/start irritableness to the Centaur’s summer travel plans, so be patient. Emotions are all over the place.
Capricorn (I use) – Dec. 21 into Jan. 20
Opportunities abound! Capricorns are given the green light in areas they have built up equity in. This puts you in the lead. It’s a good time to risk a little experimentation.

We Aquarians need a bit of a short rein on our imagination this summer. Appreciate what is close to home. Relationships are calling for communication, the art of giving and receiving flow.

Pisces, your time is now! Dust off old blueprints, polish your crystal balls, place your bets. Action, leading others, sharing self, being bold, being seen: these are some of the best choices for my fish friends. No slumbering in dark corners for you.
